Access For Every Child
We hold approximately one scholarship space for every eight students enrolled — and we want to grow that. No child should miss a season on the farm because of financial barriers. Scholarship gifts directly sponsor a student's seat, a family's participation, and a child's relationship with the land.

Small-group, Relationship-based Learning
Our program is intentionally small. Children are known by name, by personality, by what lights them up. Sustaining that requires resources — for educators, for curriculum, for the slow and careful work of building something that actually works. General fund gifts keep that foundation strong.

Supports the full life of the program — curriculum, staffing, materials, farm maintenance, and the day-to-day operations that keep Root & Rise running season after season.

Helps build and maintain the physical spaces that make farm-based learning possible — tools, beds, outdoor classrooms, water systems, and the land itself.

Scholarship Fund
We hold roughly one scholarship space for every eight students. Gifts to this fund directly open doors for children whose families would otherwise be unable to participate.
Full-scholarship donors have the opportunity to name their sponsored seat — in honor of a child, a mentor, or a value you want to plant in the world. This is a meaningful way to leave a living legacy in the life of a child and in the land we steward together. Reach out to learn more.
